and
Eugene Ysaye: one of the Solosonatas op. 27

Round 2 (8th und 9th of September 2014)

1 virtuos piece by Sarasate, Waxman, Bazzini or Saint-Saens
and
1 Sonata by Ludwig van Beethoven (not op. 47 or op. 96)
or
Robert Schumann a-minor or d-minor
or
Johannes Brahms
and
one solo composition from your home country (later than 1950) not longer than 10 min.

Round 3 (11th of September 2014)

One of the violin concertos by W.A. Mozart (KV 207 or 218 or 219) or by Joseph Haydn Nr. 1 H 7a C-Major
to be played and conducted with the Südwestdeutschen Kammerorchester Pforzheim

Round 4 (13th of September 2014)

One of the violin concertos by Beethoven, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Prokofieff (op. 19 or op. 63) with the Philharmonic Orchestra Freiburg

 

Duration of the 1st round: 20 à 25 Minuten
Duration of the 2nd round: approx. 45 min.


You have to play complete works without intermission
There can be a limitation to certain movements in the second round
You need to bring the score of the composition from your home country for a possible admission to the second round
